This was a wet grey day, heavy cloud and persistent rain. In and out of the car like a yoyo during the gaps in the rain. Even with the bad weather the dramatic nature of the setting was still there, if not more so.

@Ronnie 2¢: They talk, every circle i have ever visited has something to say, has a story. The trouble is understanding what it is they are saying. Is it as simple as ritual, religion, a calendar of some sort or another purpose ? Whatever the story the motivation must have been very high because some of them are enormous and the effort involved hard to comprehend.
